We had a great time at the Historic Bungalow. We felt right at home. The decor was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and close to so many restaurants and shops. The owners were very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

We stayed for business in Orlando. Alex’ place was wonderful. It was very easy to get to and the area feels safe and quiet. The home is nice and decorated with attention to detail and a lot of TLC. We would come back and highly recommend this place for a stay.

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described and very clean when we arrived. The themed rooms were a huge hit with the kids, and everyone loved the game room. The location was perfect close to the parks, restaurants, and shopping but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were responsive and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, don’t even need a car. All the stores (publix, fresh market, sprouts, barnes and noble, target, and many more) and numerous restaurants in walking distance. Nice and clean spacious house with character and good AC. Great bed in master. Also very nice setup to do some work with a large monitor. Really enjoyed our 8 day stay and will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Alex's home was exactly as described - beautiful layout, peaceful neighborhood, and all the listed amenities. The hosts were very quick to respond any time we had questions. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again in the future!

I read some reviews that mentioned stove was on the smaller side. I was still able to cook full meals, seasoning provided. The place was clean and comfortable. Great stay.

Grew up in Orlando and came back for work visit. I wanted to stay in neighborhood I was familiar with and location I knew was close to all my favorite spots. Alex's come was so adorable and comfortable. it felt like I was back at home. The location is close to all the great areas and in between Winter Park, College Park and Downtown. And the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Look forward to reversing again the next time we're in town.

Alex’s Bungalow was perfect for my wife, our 3 y/o son and myself while visiting family in Winter Park. He’s done a great job with the design and created a lovely vibe in the layout. The king bed was very comfortable. We would book his place again next visit if it’s available!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Lisa and Eric were quick to respond and so helpful when we had questions. The resort was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and more. The house was clean and the starter supplies were great (dishwasher pods, soap, laundry soap, etc). There were plenty of towels for showers and the pool.
We had a chilly week and the pool heater struggled to keep up. Lisa and Eric were proactive to check in with us and even refunded us without asking to make it right.
Our kids loved the pool basketball net and the air hockey! We were all sad when our vacation ended
