Located between downtown Orlando and Winter Park, this lovingly renovated historic home offers everything you need for extended visits. You enter through the enclosed front porch, which includes a sitting area on one end and an office area on the other. Through the second front door you'll find a curated living room and dining room, perfect for reading, listening to vinyls, candlelit dinners, and playing the piano. The kitchen offers higher-end appliances and all the cooking and baking essentials. The three bedrooms include the primary bedroom (with a king bed), the den (with a smart TV and full-size futon sleeper sofa), and the dressing room (perfect for a pack-and-play). This bungalow is located 5 to 10 minutes by car to Downtown Orlando, Advent Health Hospital, Winter Park, and Rollins College; 20 to 35 minutes to Universal, Disney, UCF, and Orlando International Airport (MCO); 35 minutes to Wekiva Springs; and 60-70 minutes to Cocoa Beach and New Smyrna Beach. Various restaurants and shopping can be accessed within a 15-20-minute walk or 5-10-minute bike ride.
